We invite you to be a part of the Hudson Valley chapter of Old Lesbian Organizing for Change (OLOC) which meets the First Friday of each month starting with a Potluck.

This month we'll resume our first Fridays at the LGBTQ Community Center in Kingston with the usual potluck and CR followed by a discussion of the highly sucessful National OLOC Gathering "California Dreaming, Building a Better World for Every Old Lesbian" held in Los Angeles July 30 - Aug 3, 2008.

Join us for a screening of Cruel and Unusual, a documentary about five transgender women trying to survive in prison. The director, Janet Baus, will introduce the film and lead a discussion after the screening. The screening will take place in the main room on the first floor of the Center. Join Voices of Diversity for brunch. Bring a friend! And bring a dish to share. There is no charge for this Center event.

CenterFamily Logo

CenterFamily is an informal, interactive discussion about our experiences as LGBT parents having a child in the school system. CenterFamily's regular monthly play day is the third Sunday of each month from noon until 3:00 pm; child care is provided.

The Hudson Valley LGBTQ Community Center is hosting a Garden and Home Tour in Kingston. Tour some of the most beautiful homes in Kingston and enjoy a champagne reception at the Center afterward.

Tickets are $45.00 each and may be purchased online and picked up at the Center. Tour booklets will be available on the day of the tour at the Center.

The Garden & Home Tour is supported by The Friends of Historic Kingston, Bardavon/UPAC & Chronogram Magazine.
